CP - Teenagers in Love?

In Act 3, as their relationship faces the challenge of Romeo's banishment from Verona, Romeo and Juliet both demonstrate extreme emotions.

On your blog, please:

  • Provide at least 1 example of an extreme emotion in Act 3, Scenes 2-3.
  • Reflect on your own views: Do you think Shakespeare accurately depicts the way teenagers in love behave? Or is it hyperbole? Please use examples from your own experiences or observations to reflect on the characters in the play.
